Pacifica Honolulu is offering 124 two bedroom, two bath owner-occupant reserved housing condominium residences at below market prices. Applications for these reserved housing units are available now through September 19 at the Pacifica Honolulu Sales Center located at Inspiration in the Honolulu Design Center. Anyone interested in purchasing a reserved housing unit MUST TURN IN AN APPLICATION between September 11 at 10 A.M. and September 19 at 5 P.M.
Reserved housing residences feature beautiful ocean or mountain views and will enjoy all the amenities that Pacifica Honolulu has to offer. The sale of the reserved housing units will be offered on a chronological "first-come first-served" system based on the order in which a prospective buyer submits a completed reserved housing package.
Applications are now available for pick up at the Pacifica Honolulu Sales Center and the earliest day that the completed applications can be returned is Saturday, September 11 at 10:00 AM. All applications must be returned no later than Sunday, September 19 at 5:00 P.M. to be considered in the chronological selection event.
